    Brand Ambassador

    American Bead Corp. is an established wholesale gemstone bead company seeking an entry-level Brand Ambassador to help us take our brand to the next level. We have been experiencing exponential growth and are looking for dedicated people to join our continued success.

    As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of American Bead Corp., and you’ll help us put our best foot forward by getting the word out there about our products and services.

    We’re looking for an energetic go-getter, someone who loves to meet new people, talk with them, and share our story.

    Ideally, we are looking for someone with one year of Brand Ambassador experience who is reliable, willing to learn, outgoing and energetic, and has a friendly personality. Creativity and flexibility are additional pluses.

    E-commerce Sales Lead

    American Bead Corp. has been in the wholesale gemstone business for 20 years. We have been experiencing recent growth and are seeking an E-commerce Sales Lead to help us continue with our success.

    We are looking for a dedicated individual that will:

    • Actively develop new clients and further develop existing client relationships.
    • Will develop strong product knowledge about American Bead Corp. inventory; keep updated on new products, marketplace, and industry trends.
    • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communicating, attitude, and teamwork with clients, peers, and the management team.
    • Demonstrates proper etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients (i.e., in-person, phone, e-mail, and written communication).

    You’d make a good fit for this position if you:

    • Have the ability to take the initiative to complete tasks and solve problems.
    • Have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally and wear multiple hats.
    • Possess strong organizational skills to manage deadlines, customer deliverables and respond to customer issues.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
